Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tebaje. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the tebaje platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use tebaje.
1 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tebaje ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the tebaje website located at https://tebaje.biz and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, "the Platform").
tebaje operates as an online sports betting and casino gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. The Platform offers sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and associated promotional and support services. These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the tebaje brand, including any future products or features introduced after the effective date of these Terms.
By accessing or using the tebaje Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the tebaje Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. tebaje operates a strict 18+ only policy. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal incapacity or under duress.
- Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the tebaje Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. tebaje does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
- Self-exclusion: You must not have previously been self-excluded from tebaje or have an active exclusion order in place. If you are subject to any voluntary or compulsory exclusion, you must not attempt to register or access the Platform.
- Mental capacity: You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or any condition that impairs your ability to make rational gambling decisions at the time of registration or play. If you believe gambling may be causing you harm, please review our Responsible Gaming page before proceeding.
tebaje reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, and to close any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements at any time.
3 Account Registration
To access the full functionality of the tebaje Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:
- One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold one tebaje account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious violation of these Terms.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tebaje will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Account verification: tebaje reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, driving licence, and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended until documentation is provided.
- No transfers: tebaje accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any funds held within it to any other person.
4 Deposits & Payments
tebaje accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without notice.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification status.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tebaje account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on processing times at the originating institution.
- tebaje does not charge fees on standard deposits using supported Bangladeshi mobile financial services. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tebaje bears no responsibility.
- USDT deposits are processed based on the exchange rate applicable at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain network. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed; please verify all wallet addresses carefully before initiating a transfer.
- tebaje reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your tebaje account are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per week may apply based on your account tier and verification status.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit to your tebaje account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC). If KYC has not been completed, tebaje will request the necessary documentation before releasing funds.
- Where a deposit bonus has been credited to your account, you must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus funds or any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements are stated at the time each bonus is offered.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to three business days. Processing times during peak periods or public holidays (including Eid, Independence Day, and Victory Day) may be longer.
- tebaje reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours in order to conduct fraud and security checks. Where a withdrawal is delayed for this reason, we will notify the account holder by email or in-platform message.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
tebaje offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time of the relevant promotion:
- Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified tebaje account in good standing, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Subsequent attempts to claim a welcome bonus by creating additional accounts constitutes multi-accounting and will result in forfeiture of all funds and permanent account closure.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Any unused bonus funds remaining after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates for each game type are specified in the individual bonus terms.
- tebaje reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts where wagering is already in progress.
- tebaje reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited, abused, or manipulated any promotional offer, including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses.
7 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the tebaje Platform:
- All bets are accepted subject to tebaje's discretion. tebaje reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason, particularly where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or suspicious market activity.
- Bets placed on an event that has already commenced or been decided ("late bets") may be voided at tebaje's discretion, regardless of whether the outcome would have been a winning or losing bet.
- In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with tebaje's specific sport rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published on the tebaje Platform.
- Where a bet is placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error, tebaje reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the corrected odds. Players will be notified of any such adjustment.
- Maximum bet limits per event, market, and player account may apply. These limits may be adjusted by tebaje at any time and without prior notice, including in response to individual player betting patterns.
- Cash-out functionality, where available, is provided as a convenience feature. The availability of cash-out and the cash-out value offered are at tebaje's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
8 Casino Games
The following rules apply to all casino game activity on the tebaje Platform, including slots, live casino, and crash games:
- All casino games offered on tebaje use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes conducted by professional dealers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is disclosed in the game information panel.
- In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, tebaje will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected game round will be voided and any stakes placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account.
- Players are not permitted to use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games. These limits are displayed within each game's interface prior to the placement of any stake.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tebaje Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
- Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the tebaje Platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any player who discovers a bug or error must report it to tebaje support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
- Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first seeking resolution through tebaje's dispute process.
10 Responsible Gaming
tebaje is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to helping players who may be at risk of developing a gambling problem. The following tools and policies form part of tebaje's responsible gaming programme:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
- Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

tebaje will not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. Unauthorised use of tebaje's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tebaje's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your tebaje account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tebaje shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if tebaje has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
tebaje shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or third-party payment processing outages.
14 Amendments to These Terms
tebaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tebaje will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the most current version. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting tebaje support.
15 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tebaje's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and tebaje through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact tebaje's customer support team in the first instance and allow a reasonable period of no less than 14 days for us to attempt to resolve the matter informally. tebaje's internal complaints process is available at no cost to players and is designed to resolve the majority of disputes quickly and fairly.
